For any impromptu presentation, I first clear all my thoughts and relax my mind. In the second minute I think which is the objective of the presentation and how I can I summarize and represent so that it can showcase the outputs. I present only those information which are relevant and at the same time important.
Coming to the second point. For my self care I make sure to take short breaks. Complete 30 minutes Zero screen time. I dance or sing which helps me rejuvenate.
The last point was on seeing setbacks as on opportunity. yes its indeed very difficult to maintain. We can not be in positive mind frames, however, I have made it a discipline and habit of learning from things around me. So honestly speaking these things don’t matter me more now.
