1. Start your day without phone
As soon as we wake up our mind is fresh. For first 15 minutes try to keep your phone away. Don’t look at the notifications, messages, videos. Just stretch, breath, drink water and express gratitude that we are witnessing one more beautiful day
2. Write at least 5 lines a day
You dont need to write a journal,just write few lines expressing how are you feeling,how is your day going, what you are grateful for, your beautiful moment of the day even write about the bad moments as well.

5. Start saying No without Guilt
At first it feels uncomfortable saying “No” but slowly you will understand the power. We need to set the boundaries and own our self respect.
6. Gratitude before sleeping
Close your eyes and express gratitude for your entire day. Take 1 minute and recall what went goid and what could have gone better. Play the same story and that will help work on it..
